This impressive development has almost 500 plots with wonderful open spaces to enjoy

Named after Amy Johnson, a Hull pioneering aviator in the 1930s, this impressive development has almost 500 plots with wonderful open spaces to enjoy. Mitchell and Urwin were brought in part way through the first phase of the development to take over from the initial brickwork contractor. We’ve since taken the lead on the second phase due to the work we did in phase 1. Using green brick and purple mortar, the challenge for this project was the unique mix of colour bricks, mortar and house types. Thanks to our team’s hard work, it is currently up for a NHBC Award.
